Robert W. Tigh, a resident of Omaha for thirty years, died recently. Mr. Tighe was born at **Baratree, MO in 1868, where he grew to manhood. In 1893 he married Miss Leila Anderson of Dubuque, Iowa, in Omaha. He is survived by his wife, his father, 73 years old; two sons, Watson, who is still in the service, having served in the One Hundred Twentieth heavy artillery overseas and Clark, state engineer at Milford Soldiers home, and Mrs. Charles Adamson of Florence. The funeral services were held from the Hanscom Park Methodist Episcopal Church. Mr. Tigh was a member of the Modern Woodmen, also the O.P.I.A. He was greatly beloved by a large circle of friends.
**Although obituary reads Robert Tigh was born in Baratree, MO, I believe he was born in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin about 1869. Census record for 1870, shows he is 1 year old and living in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin.
